Jake Nixon is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Hinze Capital, where he leads operations, revenue strategy, and portfolio performance across the firm’s real estate investments. He focuses on scaling systems, driving NOI growth, and executing value-add strategies across self-storage, RV/boat storage, and manufactured housing assets, using a disciplined, data-driven approach to optimize occupancy, pricing, and asset performance.

Prior to Hinze Capital, Jake worked in the Deals Practice at PwC, supporting acquisitions for private equity clients including Apollo Global Management. He also founded and scaled an e-commerce business, building hands-on expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and brand development.

Jake holds a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and smoking Texas barbecue.
